Payment Policy<\/h2>\r\n

  • 20% at the time of booking<\/li>\r\n
  • 60% 45 days prior to the group arrival<\/li>\r\n
  • 20% 15 days prior to the group arrival<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

    Inspection Trip Policy<\/h2>\r\n

    We shall undertake to offer complimentary ground services excluding flights where applicable for an inspection trip as follows:<\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    • For groups of between 35 to 45 persons - maximum 2 pax<\/li>\r\n
    • For groups of 45 or more - maximum 3 pax<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

      Total cost of the inspection trip is payable in advance and refundable in full after the operation of the group. We shall raise a credit note on the main group's invoice.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Standard Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\r\n

      In the event of cancellation or variation of services for whatever reason, the Company shall be entitled to charge cancellation fees as set out hereunder:<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n
      • Cancellations received between 30 days and 10 days prior to the commencement of services shall be charged at 25% of the total cost of services.<\/li>\r\n
      • Cancellations received between 9 days and 2 days (48 hours) prior to the commencement of services shall be charged at 35% of the total cost of services.<\/li>\r\n
      • Cancellations received within 2 days (48 hours) or after the commencement of services shall be charged at the full cost of services.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n
